InOutFit is a smart fitness application that helps users decide whether to work out indoors or outdoors based on real-time weather conditions, personal goals, and daily activity levels. The idea aims to reduce decision and increase workout consistency by adapting recommendations to real-life conditions.

  • Dashboard clarity rating improved from 3/5 to 4.5/5 after iterations

  • 70% of users said the app increased their motivation to work out
