Care+ is a smart health app designed to improve the patient experience at clinics by reducing waiting times and simplifying appointment management. The app helps users book appointments, track their wait status, receive notifications and instructions, and access personalized health services. This aims to reduce frustration and improve satisfaction during visits to medical centers.

Research: Conducted surveys and user interviews to understand clinic wait frustrations. Identified core barriers such as lack of real-time status and uncertainty about queue timing.
Define: Synthesized insights into clear personas and Pain Points. Mapped user journeys to highlight decision points and friction.
Ideate: Brainstormed solutions including queue tracking, appointment booking, and push notifications. Prioritized features with MoSCoW (Must/Should/Could/Won’t) method.
Design: Created low-fidelity layouts focusing on simplicity and clarity. Iterated early screens with team feedback. Developed high-fidelity interactive prototype to simulate user flows. Tested core tasks such as booking, status tracking, and notifications.
